For each serving, use the included large scoop to measure "one level scoop" and dissolve it in 150–300ml of water or milk. For easier dissolution, use a shaker with room-temperature water. First add the water, then the product, and shake well.

If unopened, the protein should be stored in a cool, dark place, avoiding high heat and humidity. The shelf life is 1.5 to 2 years from the manufacturing date. The expiration date is printed on the back of the package. We recommend storing it in a cool, dark place other than the refrigerator, as refrigerating it may cause the powder to absorb moisture when opened at room temperature. Please store it as food and consume it as soon as possible for the best quality.
